ANM Passout Students

3 PBBSc. Nursing 2 Years 60 Rs. 60,000/- Passed 10+2 (Any Stream) and GNM qualified
4 ANM 2 Years 40 Rs. 50,000/- Passed 10+2 (Any Stream) from CHSE, CBSE, Sanskrit Board, NIOS or any other recognized Board.

Only Female Candidates

5 DMLT 2 Years 40 Rs. 50,000/- Passed 10+2 (Science Stream) with minimum 45% in Physics, Chemistry , Biology or Mathematics

* Age Limit of Candidate: Minimum 17 years & Maximum 35 Years

Minimum advance for Reservation of Seat ‐ Rs. 5000/-.
Hostel Fees: Rs. 2000/-per Month Accommodation Only,

  • 10th Mark Sheet & Certificate
  • +2 Mark sheet & Certificate or equivalent
  • OJEE Application Number (for BSc. Nursing Course)
  • ANM all Marksheets & Certificate (for GNM admission)
  • GNM all Marksheets & Certificate (for PBBSc. Nursing admission)
  • College Leaving Certificate (CLC) of last Examination Passed
  • Five Passport size Color recent photographs of the applicant
  • Each 2 Passport size photographs of visitors (3 Members)
  • Aadhaar Card Copy
  • Caste Certificate
  • Residence Certificate
  • Valid Email id & Mobile No of the student

Mandatory Requirements for availing Scholarship

  • Income Certificate of Parents
  • Aadhar link with Mobile number
  • Aadhar link with Bank account
  • Bank Account within the State of Odisha
