- 1-3 years' Experience in similar organisation will be preferred.
- Good communication skill with Polite behavior & professional attitude
- MS Word (letters, documents), MS Excel (basic data entry, lists), Email (sending, replying,
attachments), Internet browsing, Basic software handling (college ERP if trained)
- Student Admission Work:
- Explain courses (like B.Sc Nursing, GNM, etc.) to students/parents
- Handle admission inquiries (phone, walk-in, WhatsApp)
- Maintain student records & admission forms
- Guide students through admission process
- Office Work:
- Data entry (Excel, software), Fee collection & receipt handling, Document
verification
- Front Desk Duties:
- Answer calls and emails, Welcome visitors & parents, Coordinate with departments
